How We Use the Information Submitted

We will use the Personally Identifiable Information you submit (i) to send you materials or information that you have requested, (ii) to notify you of other communications that may be of interest to you, (iii) to process donations, and (iv) as otherwise described in this Policy.

Disclosure of And Access to Your Information

Subject to applicable law, we may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information:

To unaffiliated third parties, attorneys, accountants and advisors who provide AHN with assistance or advice or are under contract to perform services for or on behalf of AHN (collectively, Service Providers), and who are required to uphold and maintain our policies with respect to privacy and the treatment of your Personally Identifiable Information, provided that any access to such information will be limited to the purpose for which such information was provided to our Service Provider;

To persons as permitted by applicable law or regulation; and

To law enforcement personnel and agencies, or as part of a legal process, in order to protect our property or in furtherance of an investigation regarding a breach of the Site rules and policies, unauthorized access to or use of the Site or any other illegal activities.

In addition, certain of our officers, employees and advisors with access to your Personally Identifiable Information pursuant to this Policy may also be officers, employees and advisors with respect to our affiliated partner organizations described throughout our Site; to that extent, such affiliated partner organizations may have access to your Personally Identifiable Information, but shall not be entitled to use such information without your consent.

African Health Now treats all personal information as confidential and will NOT sell, trade or share donation/membership lists with other organizations.
